Faculty from Kent State University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication and Modern and Classical Language Studies will release a documentary film based on the experiences of Angie Orlando, a creative writer and author who is DeafBlind.

The film, in the final stages of editing, will show aspects of Angie’s life, framed around her poetry, creative writing, social life, and experiences that occurred during the making of this film.

Tickets will be available in early December.

Tentative Schedule:

6:30 – 7:15: Red Carpet and social
7:15: pre-film music
7:30 – 8:30 – film premiere
8:30 – 9:00: Q and A about the making of the film and audience feedback
